Hannah is a fully qualified, evidence-based nutritional therapist with advanced postgraduate training in functional, integrative nutrition from the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition and University of Portsmouth. Her clinical approach combines science-led insight with a deep understanding of the female body, supporting each client with both structure and softness.

She specialises in women’s health, working with hormonal imbalances, gut issues, skin, fatigue, mood, weight shifts and nervous system dysregulation. Her method blends personalised nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and calm movement practices to create truly sustainable, whole-body wellbeing.

With further qualifications in yoga (including hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, pregnancy, postnatal, and womb yoga), Hannah integrates body-based tools and somatic support into her work, helping women regulate their stress response, reconnect with their intuition, and feel at home in their bodies again.

She works with women across all life stages - from fertility, pregnancy, postpartum to perimenopause - offering a soft yet strategic pathway to long-lasting wellbeing.

my story.

From a young age, I faced difficult gut issues and later hormonal imbalances that chipped away at my confidence. Then, during university, I became seriously unwell with scarlet fever. The illness left me exhausted and run down, and shortly after, I developed psoriasis, a visible sign of the deeper imbalances within my body. This experience was my first real introduction to the importance of gut health and how intimately it’s connected to overall wellbeing.

For years, I thought I knew everything about nutrition - reading all the books, trying every diet trend, restricting, fasting, and obsessing over what I ate. But I was caught in cycles of restriction and bingeing, fasting without understanding how my hormones were impacted, and pushing my body with stressful workouts that only added to my overwhelm.

Discovering yoga 15 years ago was a blessing, it helped me slow down and begin listening to my body in a new way. This shift was especially crucial when I faced some of my hardest health challenges.

During pregnancy, I suffered severe hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), crippling pelvic pain, and a traumatic birth. Postpartum brought deep exhaustion, postnatal depression, and PMDD that ruled my life with unpredictable mood swings, anxiety, fatigue and emotional chaos.

When I trained as a Nutritionist, functional lab testing revealed underlying imbalances that I hadn’t been able to see before. With personalised guidance, I addressed these through targeted diet changes, lifestyle adjustments, and carefully chosen supplementation. This holistic approach helped heal my gut, restore my energy, calm my nervous system, and balance my hormones.

Today, my skin is clear, my digestion is steady, and I have the energy and vitality to fully engage in life - playing with my son, caring for my family, and showing up as my best self.

Along the way, I fell in love with creating nourishing, whole food recipes using food as medicine to support healing from the inside out.

The word calm has become deeply important to me because my journey has shown me that healing isn’t just about fixing symptoms, it’s about creating space for peace in the mind and body. Calm is the foundation where true balance, confidence, and wellness grow. It’s the gentle reset we all need when life feels overwhelming, and it’s at the heart of everything I teach and share.

My mission is to help as many women as possible heal and find their optimal health and wellbeing using everything I have learned - guiding them with kindness, expertise, and a personalised, holistic approach.

Because real healing is possible, and it starts with kindness, understanding, and a personalised, strategic approach.

What is Functional & Personalised Nutrition?

Functional and personalised nutrition is a science-led, whole-body approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms rather than simply managing them. It recognises that every woman is biochemically unique, which means there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health.

Instead, we look at how systems in the body (like hormones, gut, brain, immune and detox pathways) interact, and how factors such as stress, sleep, diet, movement, environment, and mindset all play a role in your wellbeing.

Using a combination of detailed case taking, nutritional therapy, and lifestyle medicine and where appropriate, functional testing - we build a personalised plan that supports your body to restore balance, naturally and sustainably. It’s about treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I’m here to guide you with personalised nutrition, mindful movement, and compassionate coaching, so you can rebuild your energy, balance your hormones, and feel strong, steady, and confident again.

Because when you nourish your whole self, you don’t just heal - you absolutely glow and thrive.
